9 chat when help says this...

  1. In the help section, it says ATA services are available for 13 y/o and above, while mods say 9 . I want this cleared up.

Mods are referring to the "9" yo rating Apple gives to the app ...your right about TOU saying 13yo and I've pointed it out many times yet many players (and yes mods) will tell you it's "9" ...pretty sure what it says in TOU is what devs go by but that's just conjuncture... Asking here is pointless Email support/devs for the right answer 

  8. That's Apple ...so Devs are ok with 9yo playing? Why don't they put that in TOU? So you can download the app if you're 9yo but if devs find out your less then 13yo you get banned? more clarification please thanks
