That happened to my friend (kaw name is sebaz, hes now innactive), he only posted one clan ad (no bypass or spam or breaking the tou), we played on a game then wemt back to kaw an hour later-he has been silenced 10mins before he turned his ipod back on
If it was your first or second silence it will be for 24 hours. If it was your third silence it will be a permanent silence. If you want to appeal your silence, want to know why you were silenced, or think you were wrongfully silenced then email the devs at support@athinkingape.com Explain to them why you were silenced and why you believe you should be unsilenced. Make sure you include your kaw username and that you play kaw in the email. Make sure you DO NOT spam their email. Write in PROPER ENGLISH and wait a day or two for a reply as they get thousands of emails and sometimes cannot respond immediately.
The devs can be a little slow. I got silenced for something I did 3 days before KaW silenced me, I was like "Wtf... I haven't been on all day" Anyway. just email and asked when you broke ToU.
