Here's my observation. Over past two days I've ripped down aviaries and replaced with lvl3 SOS. My target is a 2.6mil osf. I've noticed my plunder from allies rise from around 14 mil to 15 mil. However my plunder from troops has dropped so much that my total gold from an unload has stayed about constant. I am guessing the SOS still should have highest plunder of a t4 building. But from my experience and other posts I am beginning to think an SOS actually earns u less gold than an attack building when hitting an osf. Perhaps the devs made t4 plunder not only dependent on the strength of your opponent but also the opponents build? Can anyone confirm this? Does the SOS make up for it when I hit an attack build instead?
I have also noticed most of lb using builds with only 1-3 SOS. This makes me further suspect my assumption may be correct. But how would this play out in a real war? And what purpose does it serve for overall balance of the game?
As I cannot afford one, I am unsure. Can they be upgraded to level 4 like the guild? I so, that is probably the reason. Also they are T2 not T4.
Naz, have you tried posting tmh or another T4 hansel build? I personally think 3 sos is the peak unless you are going hansel or OSF. WOuld be interesting to hear what a T4 hansel makes on a max build OSF. Anyone?
your plunder depens on more things than only your buildings. if u hit a player thats a lot stronger than u u get more plunder.. so if u get around the same as your osf u will get less
@Naz: Some of my clan mates say that a Level 4 Guild is a T3 build BUT is more stronger in plunder than a Level 3 SOS. But it would be interesting to see what a T4 Hansel builds get out of a higher OSF pwar.
SOS plunder is much lower than guild4. If you want a build with SOS make sure they are the last buildings to build. Go attack first
