Guide to Forums Section A. About Forums 1. What forums are for 2. Why make a forum? Section B. Making a Forum 3. Topic of Forum 4. Section of Forum 5. Body of Forum 6. Posts on Your Forum Section C. Posting on a forum. 1. What forums are for: Forums are for players to chat, keep up to date with events, to answer questions, write stories, or just pass the time between regens. 2. Why Make a Forum? There are a couple of reasons you would like to start a forum of your own. Some examples are: To announce a certain event, to tell a story, or share a referral code.* 3. Topic of a Forum. If you want to start a new forum idea, you must first choose the topic of the discussion. If it's just a question, it would be better just to ask in the Official Question Thread by Dillybar. Possible Topics: •Advertising clan •Holding a Survey •Announcing something •Debating about real life events. What ever you do, DON'T copy another thread, it only makes people angry! 4. Section of Forum. Now that you have an idea, you must correctly place the forum into the compatible section: Question/Feedback: Anything that rates the game itself. Strategy: Discuss methods on how you play. Alliances: Advertise or discuss your clan and/or allies here. Wars: Discuss anything to do with Alliance Wars. Fan-Fiction: Post your stories here. Other Game Discussion: Any other topic that doesn't fit into any of the above categories. Off Topic: Topics that have nothing to do with the game. Referral Code: Post your referral code here. Body of the Forum As for the body, clearly explain what the topic is about, and it is good if you end the body with a question, so people have a reason to post! 6. Members Posting on Your Forum Hopefully, people will post on your forum to reply to your body. Some people, as we refer to as trolls, post mean things that don't have anything to do with the topic. If this happens, kindly ask them to leave your thread, and they must obey. 7. Posting on a Forum If you would like to comment on another user's forum, please take note of the following: •Always have your post coordinate with the topic of the forum. •Keep your language appropriate, and try not to "troll." •If the owner of the thread asks you to leave, you must refrain from posting on that forum. However, if there is a post on that forum that has to do with you, you have the right to post in reply. I tried to keep it short so you might actually read all of it. Please comment!
