I think it is good that we only can upgrade with gold. That means that clan jumping is not necessary after Pallumen and tangled are maxed out.
Here’s a real question: the glitch isn’t the extra troops, it’s the fact that you can get stuck being unable to act if you take inc when going into the extra “glitch” troops or spies, thus leaving you unable to sko did this get fixed?
This is mad annoying for osw. Previously if you're running a strip you cannot win gs on you simply swap, run bars, swap back. Now you have to fail all the gs steals on stronger targets before xtal prompt. Or choose not to have gs for weaker targets?
This is irrelevent, you're not getting hf plates nor tokens from hopping and you can hit 100k parked already.
This update made regular players miss out on a feature that’s been apart of kaw for 14 years. Why put a loved feature behind a 60Q paywall? This gonna make players quit
The worst part about the truncating prices to 5Q etc is we don’t know the actual prices for these upgrades. It could be 5,090,750,000,500,300 for all we know
Could have brought back dropping buildings and everyone would have actually gotten the feature, as opposed to what was done which basically ripped it away from every single person…
Oooo wow big Ole big Ole here, haha 😄 yeah your "forums" suck bro. Yall are all just bs ing af wth 🤦♂️ GG 🍻
It might be one thing if they kept glitch mechanics the same as before but the devs made the decision to make them worse. Under the old system full bars were 90 total hits; the new is 88. So far not too bad. However, the composition of attack/assassinate was deliberately changed to a much worse configuration. The old was 39/51 while the new is 35/53. Glitch troops and spies pay extremely poorly but troops obviously benefit from additional bonus ally plunder meaning that the value of glitch troops far far exceed the value of spies. Thumbs up for keeping a legacy mechanic. Big thumbs down for making the conscious decision to make a quirky mechanic worse. PS So far I have yet to see a single improvement with the new update. Additional clutter in cc and less detail via rounding do not improve any aspect of gameplay
@[ATA]Jace Appreciate you acknowledging the feedback. Speaking as a former mod who stepped away for family, I’ve seen this game evolve over many years. Updates are essential, but this change hits the core and F2P player base hard. Even as someone actively spending recently to catch up, the game feels increasingly pay-gated, while core elements like Season Wars, All-Star Wars, and clan loyalty have already faded. A much simpler fix without disrupting everyone: Force base troops into the Castle so pure spy builds are no longer an issue. Automatically extend hit bars to match former glitch troop levels once HF lands are fully completed. This completely fixes the war exploit without penalizing players. As it stands, upgrading beyond two HF lands isn't worth the effort, leaving my 60k plates useless.
Oh, additionally - now that we only see things in Q whole or fractions - how do we test max plunder? When you hit, ally bonus is rounded to nearest Billion … for me not an issue, but smaller players will struggle being able to determine where max plunder is for them. I won’t chase my stolen gs/gt - it feels too much like buying what I already earned. PASS
Här är en vassare forumversion som behåller din stil men gör argumentet tydligare och svårare för ATA att vifta bort: @ATA — I think you seriously underestimate what this update could do to KaW activity. A huge number of players use alts to keep EBs moving, especially in smaller and less active clans. Whether the old mechanic was intended or a “glitch”, removing it without considering how players actually use the game today could have a much bigger impact than you expect. The chain reaction is pretty simple: Less alt activity → slower EBs → struggling clans fail more EBs → players leave those clans → clans disband → fewer active players → even less activity across KaW. You might think you’re fixing a glitch. But if that “glitch” has effectively become part of how the KaW ecosystem has functioned for years, removing it overnight without replacing that functionality could end up hurting the game far more than the glitch ever did. You’ve spent years protecting your precious EB hitting… yet this update could actually reduce EB activity. 😅 So congratulations — you may have accidentally created a “Kill the Game” feature. And this one might come back and bite ATA in the ass. 👀
