Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. 1 cor 13:4. Love is unconditional I believe For God so loved the world.. that He gave His only begotten son. That whoever believes on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. He did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16,17 I could add sacrifice would be an ultimate act of love. Even in the simplest circumstances in our own lives we can sacrifice time, thoughts, energy, a kind word or gesture towards each other. After all, we are all human beings. We will all face suffering and tribulations. We could all use a helping hand one time or another. We’re all gonna die one day. Nobody is better than anyone else at the base sense of humanity. Of course we are all made different and display various characteristics. We all make choices in our lives that have different outcomes. Nobody in this life is perfect. Can we practice loving each other with all of our imperfections? Can we stop trying to control the uncontrollable? Can we stop being distracted from what really matters, by all the noise of this world? Can we get back to where this world was once great before? Can we stop being so hard on others and hard on ourselves? I don’t know. I do know one thing though…. We can choose to love one another and love those around us. We might not have to agree with everyone. We can tolerate other people for being other people. We can be better beings. Love can make this world a more tolerable and livable world, I am 100% about that. I set my rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.
