Many times when going to help tickets to ask for a new feature the support team tells us they will pass along the info to devs. I’m not sure they actually do that. But they also say to post on forums because supposedly devs read these. My request is that devs comment on forums made by players. Even a simple *like* or a comment with even just “👍” would show players they actually are seeing are posts. thanks for reading
There’s likely no devs left assigned to KaW anymore (the kind that work on new features) and have probably been relegated to games like Witch Arcana, PIMD sadly. We’re lucky to have gotten competitions, which were just a port of a feature that PIMD has.
I'm basically an irrelevant person at this point in time as I haven't played in years but yes it's very very likely after all these years there's little to no dev involvement other than maintenance and a small amount of new content to keep people invested in playing. This was more or less true years ago when I was a mod and I had to step in to point out an easy way around the logic for completion of tiered ebs for event goals. Previously it was that you had to kill each in order to progress to the next tier and if you missed a tier in your clan you would have to find it elsewhere as the top tier was the one everyone wanted to run. I pointed out that a simple OR statement in the logic would solve that for the events. If there was a decent level of developer involvement that would've been solved by someone who knows the code and has battled far tougher development issues. Maybe I just spotted the solution easily by chance before the issue was passed to a dev or perhaps there were too few devs to look at what they deemed a non priority issue, point is the devs were clearly stretched thin. I can almost guarantee it's worse than it was back then so good luck getting much in the way of decent content
