New Support Staff

  1. We need new support staff!

    Either there's a lack of support staff or the ones that are there are not doing there jobs. Messages are not answered šŸ˜’ and just get closed down.

    We need support that will actually pass information on to the developers not just brush of peoples real concerns!

  4. Iā€™m sure a lot of people would until they read the unreasonably nasty tickets people send in over the smallest things.
