Furnishings rarity

  1. This could be a new guide, I'm curious about which furnishings are considered rare and why please. This could also be a string for trading if needed.

  2. Refer to the first furn sets, many of the items went to the dismantle lodge. Aeon is a nostalgia, not rare. Prices fluctuate so much a crash has to happen due to over abundance of items.
