How to transmute equipment

So is this available on PC or Android OS?

my other items inventory like a junkyard now,pls do something about it.

 

You had better run some element legends for ug'ING then or hire another mage,his fail rate is getting rediculous now especially with the cost for the new equipment

 

is there a limit to how many transmuted equip items we can hold? or can we keep adding more as time goes on and we get better equipment

Dont seem to work on android

 

I've 3 acc's on 3 droid tabs and they all work fine,patience is needed to find the sweet spot for swiping.
