IS IT POSSIBLE?

    Is it possible for a thread to be unlocked once it has been locked? eg it got locked and OP requested it to be unlocked by mods or devs. If so is there an example of this? ;)

  2. I think so. An example was the petition to make the free nobs offer actually useful. It got locked and unlocked

  5. Yes. Moderators and developers can unlock threads.

    However... general policy is that once it's locked, it remains locked.
