Is there anyway to retrieve an old account if it wasn't already linked to ATA? I have an old beta tester account from the earliest stages of KaW that I would just like to have as a secondary. I do remember the password, username and email I used for it but am unsure how to get it back.
You can log onto the account using that information on PC. Alternatively, you can unlink your account from whatever device you're using and recover it onto that. Warning! Device unlinking cannot be undone!
Email the devs with the email u used for that account saying u want forgort your password and from there they will reset your password
Do not email the devs. Support email will only give an automated response saying to use the in game help ticket. If a password needs resetting there is a link in the help section (from the home screen) that allows you to reset your own password. But I am confused as you say your account isn't linked to ata but you have a password set to it. The only way you'd have a password is if it's linked. As the first player said you can put in a help ticket asking support for info on what to do to fully recover the account so you can use it. Though if you have the email and password you should be able to log into in on pc no problem and you can log into in on another device or even use the current device if you delink your current account (if you do this please make sure you current account is linked to ata or facebook)
Other have offered help. I mainly just want to express confusion towards "having a beta tester account from the earliest stages of KaW" - Earliest public kaw didn't have a beta, or a username and password. Maybe you're thinking later on, when KaW was tied to the PC through MochiGames?
