Fix Event Eq (Fixed)

  1. Devs, please do not show the stats of a piece of equipment to be spy heavy, and then when its upgrading to suddenly drop stats and become balanced! Please fix this. Thank you

    They obviously didn't change something from the last time greaves were event items same exact stats as the old ones they will fix in sure
