Today more than ever clans are becoming a vital part of KAW. Unfortunately clans haven't changed much at all since they were first introduced. It is time for all that to change! I bring to you Charlie's List! Haven't you ever wondered what clan is truly best? Are you tried of searching forums for hours to find nothing but worthless information? Well worry no more cause with Charlie's List you'll be able to see reviews of a clan by verified members who have been in the clan. You can see the overall rating, and even see what type of clan it is(such as B2B HTE, OSW, WAR, etc) so you can save all those hours of searching through hundreds of options so you can get back to what matters, tapping your screen 16 hours a day. So join Charlie's List today! *Note: Even though this is an obvious joke I do think the ideas I mentioned might be some much desperately needed features. Please let me know your thoughts and what ideas you like to see!
A comprehensive clan list is a massive undertaking, both because there's so many clans and because the ones that exist are constantly changing. All it takes is one major piece of drama to permanently change a clan, and that's tough to keep on top of.
Agree. I was thinking having an option to have a clan tab kinda like events. There people could search for clans. Clans could spend money to advertise on the main page which could help sink gold. Also clans could tag what type of clan they are so people could filter and see just the kind a clans they want.
Maybe something like clan tags would be cool. Like, you could pick from several dozen (probably many user-suggested ones) such as "newb" "[any tier eb]" "20mcs+" "wars" "pvp" "very chatty" "quiet" "18plus" etc etc. So instead of getting lucky stalking wc, you could just search by a tag. Because I'm a noob who likes to talk, I'd select tags "newb" and "chatty" and see which clans come up. Since users have to tag their own clans, ideally it'd be mostly active clans, and you could scroll through them to find one.
I like the idea I clan hop a lot this would help. so support and while we're on the topic of clans can the people at ata make a dev sponsored clan to grow new account in stead of the half ass guide in the beginning some thing like the mod application volunteers sign up and tech newb till they hit 500k-1mill cs then boot them. It will help retain real new accounts.
Definitely would be useful. What happened to all the clan recruitment threads that used to crowd forums? Info on clans seems to be severely lacking these days.
