Why not combine multiple systems. Many countries have found ways to make it work, why signal out a single country when you can choose the best aspects of each system and, provided they actually CAN mix, mix them. Obviously lean towards a single side go precedence.
What I meant was, what if I tried passing a bill for required maternity leave? In the US it would make sense, but in Canada it would not. Or a bill to create a ban on assault rifles. Wouldn't make sense in Canada, but it would make sense in the US.
I honestly don't know how to answer that. I understand the question, but I'm not the event creator. Maybe AJ can bring light to this because now I am curious also.
Once I get enough delegates, they will decide the makeup/structure. The first congress/parliament/council will decide the majority of laws and what not. Country of origin can be decided then aswell.
