2005 Furby battery cover

  1. I have a 2005 Furby with a missing battery cover. I have some extra wires so I could make a custom one until a cheap 2005 Furby (even just for parts) that has a battery cover comes up on amazon or eBay. I know this is a bad idea, but I am totally broke. Does anyone know how I should connect it? Please list supplies needed, I know for sure I have wires and electrical tape.
