Why no dew from war on event?

  1. Devs keep saying how they want to help us in wars and etcs but there are no dew drops!?!?!? How are you helping by holding back on a drop there are some of us who only wars a..... Also how does one upgrade there eq if they have no mage as in new players etcs pls fix these issues thank you
