Russia has the most nuclear weapons. Due to china's trade they can have a nice flow of income constantly. So Russia for military, China for long-lasting
It's funny when people talk about "the most" nuclear weapons when comparing countries that have hundreds (thousands?) Each. When the world can be destroyed with 10-20 nukes, whoever has the most hundreds doesn't really matter.
Well an economy's state does effect an outcome of a war, and of course the Vietnam's economy after the war was worse then Americas. Also with the civilian casualties, Viet Cong, North Vietnam, South Vietnam committed more war crimes then America. Also in pretty sure North Vietnam, Viet Cong killed more of their own civilians then America did. ...not just all that, but the fact that Vietnam to this day is still a 3rd world country and will be for some time to come. lol how the hell anyone can say they won that war is just plain stupid. We didn't lose Vietnam we purposely gave it up ...& then look what happened to em' and what happened in Cambodia and Laos afterwards Khmer Rouge started they're genocide "after" the USA left Vietnam in 1975 ..Khmer Rouge killed 3mil of their own people from 1975-1979 (if anyone considers that a win ..ok u can have it lol)
Get your facts straight all you Euro USA haters ..."FRANCE" started the Vietnam debacle. The USA stepped in after the French Foreign Legion was gettin' whooped by Charlie. Vietnam ended because the AMERICAN PUBLIC pressured it's politicians at the time to end it ....NOBODY and sure as hell not the Vietnamese beat us in Nam lol WE LEFT And like I said in the above post look what happened? ...3 mil dead in Cambodia killed by their own people and all 3 countries remain 3rd world countries to this day and you can't blame the USA for that.

The USA was a joke of a country after the revolutionary war, by that logic the British Empire won the war because the British were still a global empire that was richer and more powerful than anyone else and America was, well irrelevant on the global stage. Because the objectives clearly aren't important according to you guys, it's the state of the countries after the war.
Also the British won 1812 because they burned down the White House, other key places in Washington and multiple other cities and British territory was largely undamaged.
