This won't be implemented as it would crush the player in which your attack is aimed. At least there's a small chance of defending with the current system.
Back in the day this used to exist on the PC. You could space bar spam unload on someone after the first attack/steal in seconds. It I can imagine caused huge issues with incoming packet requests on the ATA servers. If ATA wants to consider this a war game, PVP controls do need reworked. The answer lies somewhere between space bar spam repeat and 6-7 taps or clicks for each action.
