Lets say you live somewhere and out of the blue someone is trying to assassinate you. You know a good old assassination. Why would anyone decide to go outside when this is happening Furthermore, why would they be "wandering". Like wtf wandering? Do you or anyone you know go outside to wander? Especially when something dangerous is happening outside. FINE, Lets say ur a wandering person that wanders for a living. Why would someone trying to kill you or someone else have their plan foiled by seeing you. Like "oh damn they saw me, my plan to kill someone has failed" Wouldnt they just kill you and then go kill the other person? Meh whatever i gtg buisness meeting
What's amusing is the huge numbers of spies that villager is able to kill. Must be one of the Avengers, but which one? Tony Stark? Hawkeye?
 I liked this. Good read. I feel like it's funny how they send a million assassins into battle and one lowly villager is able to defeat a percentage of them. Like, if a wandering villager spots your horde of 1 million assassins, why would the assassins die? And more importantly, why don't the million assassins go kill the damn villager? If anything, it should say that your assassins were caught in a trap and were ambushed. That would be more believable. But a wandering villager defeating tens of thousands of highly-trained assassins? Puhlease...
Technically no spy has a 100% chance of success unless the other person has no spy buildings, castle, allies, or pots. So why are you so surprised at a random fail? It's completely realistic that some nobody wandering somewhere throughout your ENTIRE KINGDOM would happen across your oh-so-stealthy units on occasion. Even in war, some people go outside blissfully and ignorantly unaware.
Come on now yall think this through, your sneaking into the enemy kingdom to assinate his troops, or guards if you will. The villager sees your assassins and screams for the guards, the guards rush up, a fight ensues, a number of your assassins are killed before they escape. Do yall even use your imagination? Lol
The whole point of the villager catching your spies, is just that, luck. Even if you had no EQ/POTS and the attacker had full everything. I imagine that person could still fail their attack.
Actually, most of those "wandering villagers," are indeed part of the Witless Protection Program ran by the devs for their confidential informants(snitches.) #snitchesgetstiches
