It would be really awesome if they did a "static hold spell,"for the attack powers for equipment may be cost maybe 1 billion. This will hold the eq att/Def power for 1-2 hours. Thought?!!!
It's for the equipment that is a percentage based bonus. Let's say a sword gives you 200 mill attack at full troops...it goes down as you lose troops while attacking. This would stop that for an hour or two.
