Making a war clan isn't that easy. You'll need a strategy etc. also need experienced players and stuff lol.
The question is, how much experience do you have, and general details on what your plan is. A leader should have at least the basics planned out
Exactly ^ experience is a lot more valuable than stats. So is persistence. Stats don't mean much so long as you're persistent. War clans rarely succeed, especially nowadays.
Osw? Purely EE? Rp? Both? Paying isn't an issue these days, it only costs 25 bil. For EE you'll need experience and strategies and for osw you'll need persistence and lots of lots of gold and some strategies.
You need to be the one that's experienced, or at least charismatic enough to lead.... Do you have either of those traits?
I think if looking for osw, you should go to a clan that has been in osw in the past, Get perm, Stay a couple months for trust, Then piss some people off and then BAM, Osw
Creating an osw clan is different than starting an osw, lol Edit: it may give you the experience needed though
