I'm having this problem too, nothing is fixing it

 

Give it an hour or so and if it still isn't working use the feedback button to ask developers what's up.

 

You have wave of conflict on so can't upgrade.

 

I just unloaded my troops and it let me upgrade, give that a try

 

I built on newly explored lands no problem. Check intelligence level 

 

1) delete and reinstall
2) reset

 

3) dropbuild

 

I'll flag this to the devs, OP. Don't drop build or do anything drastic.

 

Guess that means this thread can be #Eagled

 

Dear OP, get that xstal reimbursed from devs bcuz this landproblem shouldn't occur if it forces you to use a xstal…
