Had a baby..trying to lose weight. Dont get me wrong, I loooove bacon bacon, it just isnt as healthy as turkey bacon. Sacrifices for health...sigh

It will never be as good as rum ham though.. Also, to be honest I prefer cheetah Rp..

I'm jonesing for some succulent, slightly salty, crispy, steaming hot veal sweetbreads with a few stems of bitter, grilled broccoli rabe (one of my porn names - Broccoli Rob) served with a red wine demi glacé mounted with foie gras (purée the raw foie gras into the sauce instead of butter) and a nice baby Barolo to help with the digestion.


