1.I'd start by making the game display the same way across all platforms
2.create more transparancy by creating a separate beta testing platform
3.i'd put a stop any further pay2play/pay2win additions to the game
4.create more strictly capped spending system that decreases the gap between the poor and the rich in rl
5.Fix the war system by creating a rock,paper scissors type fight mechanic
6.decrease events and work on new ebs
7.Fire a cpl mods and get a few new ones
8.Hire a few ingame workers whose job will be to play as any other player giving me weekly reports on gameplay and player concerns without individual bias
