I think pvp events should be a free for all atleast once every 6 months I've been thinking about making this thread for almost a year and finally decided it's time, here's my story. (non-supporters, please save your noob tears until the end) Once upon a time (November 2014) was a nonspending Eb fairy And then.... The first pvp event happened. See it wasn't that I chose to be a fairy, I just didn't know anything about EE, OSW, or even that anyone actually used the battle list, so when the first pvp event happened I just decided to embrace it and hit the nearest noob I could find. Eventually I attracted the attention of someone twice my cs (I was 10mcs at the time) and without pots I couldn't get a single action, so we went back and forth, while they easily penetrated my Eb build and I failbombed. After a few hours I followed them, thanking for the battle and saying I need to move on to paying targets (total noob, I know) and they replied saying they liked how I actually fought back and invited me to my first osw family so I could learn how to actually fight. Now I spend so much time and money on kaw it's depressing. Tl;dr? Well here are the Pros and Cons of free for all events. pros - More money being spent - More players start trying pvp - make profit off the battle list - Eventually making the pvp side of kaw actually increase -It can work to decrease the size gap slightly. cons -Noob tears on wc (wait that's a con?) - it's even easier to get a nice CF wall You may say "you can already hit noobs, what's the point? " Well, most people don't do that, this gives them a good reason too. summary It's much better for the devs and everyone else if we have pvp events with no opt-In. What's your opinion? -GR4V
I don't like how you sign the bottom of all these crappy threads you make. We can clearly see it was you who made the thread at the top, and most of us aren't that stupid that we've forgotten by the time we reach the bottom.
Pvp events are always a free, you just need to spend 5sec to cast the PVP spell. Although having a full pvp in KaW is good to get everyone whacking, some people will tend to give up as they dont wanna get whacked, and become an eb fairy. to me, not much of pros and cons :3
How will a free for all PvP bring in more money? The train riders and HTE clans bring in more money than the weekly PvP skirmish. A majority of the community prefers to PvE for obvious reasons. Its safe and doesn't require you to devote any effort to it, either way I don't judge.
