Hey everyone, We've heard your feedback on the rewards for Part 3 of the Lay of the Rimelands event. While these were the best fixed stat boots at the top tiers, the existence of percentage equipment has made these less desirable for many players than we had intended. As such we've made a change to these boots to add a Permanent PvP Plunder Bonus to them. (Note that this does not affect Wars) The change is as follows: Berserker Boots Base - 0.0% Level 10 - 1.0% Descry Boots Base - 1.0% Level 10 - 2.0% Executioner Boots Base - 2.0% Level 10 - 3.0% Gelid Sabatons Base - 3.0% Level 10 - 4.0% Monarch Boots Base - 4.0% Level 10 - 5.0% Conjurer Sabatons Base - 5.0% Level 10 - 6.0% Cursebringer Boots Base - 6.0% Level 10 - 7.0% Fine Cursebringer Boots - 10.0% Note: PvP Plunder Bonuses are not indicated in the Rewards page.
Still, percentage based equipment is really strong! I know a few BC accounts today who have done, dozens upon dozens Sporvaks revenge and never have acquired the boots! :lol: A plunder spell is a nice change for current equipment. Seeing as how the only plunder percentage stuff are the Raven idol trinkets. Those came out about a year ago!
I agree, done tons of SR on both my accounts and still didn't get the drop even with EE5... Good to see they're adding permanent Plunder to equipment, though.
