If you don't like getting farmed. Simply don't opt in. If you opt in then you must accept getting inc or farmed.

Or just get friends to open for each other. Yes that's not pvp but it's a way to max drops. Anyone who says that this is not the way are just silly. People open for others so just find a open ps.
