  15. Interesting. 'Taking'down one particular eb for 'maintenance' for 3 hrs.. Wonder why? What's happening?

    P.S: Increasing/decreasing payout, damage etc., can be done without 'taking down' an eb as devs have demonstrated through promos and events.
