The prestige LB board was cleared prior to LL wars, but clan prestige was not reset. Don't know what is up with it, frankly.
It became pretty much useless when most ee players bounce to different clans to war. System warring for prestige isn't a thing unless there is a tournament of some sort. ATA uses certain clans to match up wars, but there are different players every time so it doesn't really matter.
