I can't hear their cries anymore...The silence only makes things worse, but there is still hope their words may be understood, if one only knew where to listen. They left clear writing on the wall but the walls were pulled down & they were casted out. Now, Who do we look to for leadership? Where can we stand together? perhaps in a far off distant land, a land unrelated to the mess we're in...a mess of the voiceless, those in poverty and the rich alike, a mess paraded in front of us all like we aren't allowed to care...well here i make a stand & those who fell will not be forgotten...i take up their banners and give myself to the cause...those who are brave enough, those who are sick enough...those who are just fed up...follow me now & together we shall make our battlecry louder than that of our enemy.
