How to stop inactives and/or leaks! Undoubtably 75%+ of people have EE warred before, and 50%+ of them have had a leak or a inactive in their clan before. These are very high numbers and can ruin ones EE career or their constant want, to participate in EE. Here's my idea after the war (if in iWar, the stage where you can't leave and you spam the leave button) your clan can vote to stop someone EE'ing for 5 days. I would make this perm or for a few weeks but if you simply dislike someone it could be exploited until they' give up. This would be based on majority, Example; 15 member iWar, 8 must vote for them to be temp banned for warring. or another is: Example: 25 Roster, 13 must vote. and so on. It could also be based on how many offences you have had. 1st Offence: 5 Days 2nd Offence: 5 Days 3rd Offence: 7 Days 4th Offence: 9 Days 5th Offence: 14 Days 6th Offence: 21 Days 7th Offence: 30 Days 8th Offence: 60 Days 9th Offence: 90 Days 10th Offence: 120 Days.
How would you stop someone voting against someone simply because they don't like them? Or would like to see them out of EE wars when they were never inactive in the first place? Seems too easily exploitable. I know I don't war, I'm just curious.
Go to iwar and find out tough guy smh. Support OP, but devs dont care enough to implement it i am afraid. And the voting isnt the best option, rather have someone send clear evidence to support or so. Else they can just ban who they dont like
in your clan the owner should reserve the right to ban people from participating in wars at their leisure
That's why I placed the majority rule. It's unlikely you are going to get 8 people who all dislike you and if you do then that's unlucky as hell. True the Devs aren't listening but it's worth the shot sometimes. Maybe it's sent to ATA's Database and then they could resolve the case? It's a lot of work and highly unlikely but it's possible. This could also be sent in as a ticket? I've seen in other games this in game ticket lets you describe your issue of update ideas and it was have a live status?
So what exactly happens if someone is 'unlucky as hell'? They don't get to EE? At the end of each EE you should be able to access someone's profile where there's a button that allows you to give feedback and attach a screen shot of whatever their behavior was. Only devs can see this. Of course this isn't that different to emailing the devs directly. I don't EE but do devs pay attention if they're emailed about constant inactives in war?
I can imagine there being trolls out there who just join wars to ban people. Someone could enlist an alt army to ban people they don't like.
I think in the lower tiers there are noobs who do this but it is fairly rare in the upper tiers. Solution might be to grow.
Lol Tank, I did read it. Maybe you need to read what I wrote? What happens if someone IS as 'unlucky as hell' as you put it? Voting seems too easily exploitable. Like Nathan said, I can see people joining EE just to vote others out.
