I have another idea, how about if the devs were to implement a match up system like the one I proposed in another thread and they add a handicap system for when there is no fair match up. Here is something I had in mind but have not put a lot of thought in it yet, am still thinking about ways it could be exploited and how to combat the exploits. The handicap system should not be needed much once everyone is warring again and whenever people try to make an exploit roster they will just get matched with another clan trying to make the same exploit roster thus leaving the other clans to get fair matches. 1. The system first tries to give every clan an even match. 2. For the clans that could not get an even match they get a close match but the disadvantage clan gets a special handicap. 3. Depending on how bad the match up is will determine the handicap amount. My thoughts are: Give the disadvantage clan A LOT more plunder per KO they can achieve in order to make up for the plunder not gained due to no successful actions. This would force the disadvantage clan to work together to bring down the opp but must get the opp down before the opp SKOs because the disadvantage clan would only get plunder from KOs and none if the opp SKOs. or The disadvantage clan gets certain spells they can cast to give them more power but only enough to balance the tables for the war. The spell will make the build seem as if it were a bigger build so the plunder made and plunder paid are the same as if the account was built with the extra CS. or Each CR will be adjusted to be nearly identical in total CS, by increasing each CS type by a ratio that will keep each CS type within their original ratio of each other, with the smaller accounts being increased in CS to have the exact same total CS as the opp with the same CR. An example would be if my account were to be increased for the war to a total of 10mil CS then my attack and attack defense would increase to 834,447 each, my spy attack would increase to 2,316,514 and my spy defense would increase to 6,014,589 which makes them keep their ratio while making me the same CS as the opp with the same CR as me has. If and clan casted a bunch of stateless then that was their fault because now they will need mith and pots but may not be able to buy any. I think a handicap system like this would give everyone the ability to war without making it useless to build a big account because you will only get the handicap if there was no fair matches. what about handicapping both primal clan to a 3-8mcs difference from top to bottom in both clans. as in a big cs clan is scalled down and a small cs clan is scalled up? no bfa, bfe bonuses apply Then you have some natural differences but overall the cs is almost equal and then the WC + TR war skills and team who is better wins?
While in theory this sounds like a good plan however it will be exploited with 3 huge tanks and 12 statless.. nty

The third proposal will read: When a mismatch has to occur, each CR will be adjusted to be nearly identical in CS with the smaller accounts being increased in CS to have the exact same total CS as the opp with the same CR. If the opp casted a bunch of stateless then that was their fault because now they will need mith and pots but may not be able to buy any. Also keep in mind that most exploit attempts will start matching other clans trying to exploit the same way because they would likely cast the same type rosters
I've proposed a "battle mech" type of war. If you remember the game Mech Warriors people would jump into a mech and could pilot it. The mech had a specified set of equipment/strengths. Simply give both sides the same exact type of builds (a collection of Tanks, Hybrids, Hansels, PS, whatever). When you cast and are placed in a clan for indys, or when you war with 15 people from your own clan, you are randomly assigned one of the 15 types of build used in that war (perhaps some wars could even be specified Hybrid heavy, or spy heavy or whatever). Perhaps today you are a tank, tomorrow you war as a PS, then a hybrid . . . whatever. The matches would be EXACTLY EQUAL because the other side has the EXACT SAME MIX OF BUILDS. Then it all comes down to strategy, teamwork and execution.
I am trying to come up with ideas that will incorporate the current builds each player has worked hard to achieve. By placing people into a random build you basically do away with the need and/or want to grow a big account or any account at all. I think it is very important that the devs have a warring system that drives people's want to spend money on building big accounts and buying massive amounts of BFA.
How about this they put the no match system back in so dotb don't out match every clan they war against people either work together and match each other at fair cs or get a no match simple as that bring no matches back.
