Did they increase scroll drop rates

 

Not recently. About half a year ago they triopled drops and that's where they've stayed

 

How often do you get a scroll

 

Fairly often. I would say if you have no relics enchanted then you probably average one evry 3 ebs

 

It varies! For ts I got scroll almost every time I did it in between Aff,while barely any drops from aff

 

any chance of another event like the tithe event that gave bronze bars that event helped me grow a lot
