I'm quitting kaw because there is an event every week and the devs just want money, clearly. Bye. Eagle, if you lock this thread I will find where you live, and bad things will happen.
Darn the devs for wanting to make money off their game! How exactly are they forcing you to spend money again?
Psychologically Devs aren't forcing us physically, but they know (because kaw is a social network) that those who can will spend as much as possible to be competively better. They know even if someone has spent as much as their budget was that they'll keep going This in return is our own faults. A responsible player of middle or lower class would spend what they can on one event than wait a few and do the next months (rather than 5 in a row). But devs know these players exist and they want to burn their pockets because they can. Goodbye Cobra and congratulations for having the will power to quit. I wish you the best of luck in your future to come. Maybe one day I will follow suit.
They are psychologically forcing us? So we have little choice but to spend our money? I guess they are no worse than any OTHER luxury that we are enslaved to such as alcohol, cigarettes or just really unhealthy food that we wish we didn't love, right?
I don't mean forcing but a lot of companies do think of us psychologically when they create ideas in order to make money off their customers. Most of the big spenders are addicted Psychologically to kaw, which the devs know. So they are doing events because they know we won't stop spending (in order to be the best). So yes it is like cigarette companies. They use to play on our psyche by showing how its cool to smoke. Devs are showing us how cool it is to have their "products";however, the week after when a new event is released, those items are no longer "cool". Those items are replaced in just a week by better items. We know that in a few weeks what we paid (and yes most do spend on what you all call a free event) to obtain will be null, but psychologically most kaw players cant stop and must do all events. But yes it doesnt matter because devs can do what they want. On Games of War they do events every second, many big players on their attempted to boycott spending. But when the event started they still bought 100$ packs. Why? Because they are addicted and the developers use that to their advantage just like ATA is doing now. They pulled everyone in when it was free to win, when everyone became addicted they slowly made it pay to win. Its our own faults. Obviously if you cant control yourselves its your own issue that you need to work on. I was one of those players that spent thousands of dollars with my fiance a month. Now its maybe 20$. Anyhow… TL;DR?
