Many warriors who participated in season 5 know that it took a lot of hard work to get good stats for one piece of eq (not including banner). But wouldn't it be cool if we were allowed to switch the kindle stone used for the crown when we want to? So say we chose the spy heavy kindlestone but wanted to change it to balanced or heavy attack? Since we only got one eq from the season and in other seasons we have gotten more, wouldn't it be cool to be able to change your crown stats whenever u pleased? It's not much of a hard change to make and warriors had to work hard to get the stats for it anyways. I know it's probably too late of an idea but I'd like to hear some opinions on whether or not this is a good idea? Season equipment is supposed to be special isn't it? And if kaw_com could provide their opinion too no matter what it is, I'd greatly appreciate it
For example if you decide to change your build a couple months later, an attack heavy crown won't help a ps or hansel as much as a spy heavy crown would
Also devs if you cannot make the change can we at least hear a reason why please? It would be appreciated and the war community would like to see a response as to why this wasn't an idea in the first place? (Not saying it in a rude way lol just curious)
I actually contacted support about this a while back and they said currently there is nothing they could do regarding switching the crown's type. Many people made the mistake of thinking the crown was a trinket and not a helmet so some people also made their choice based on that. This idea would in turn allow those who made an error to correct it but this also gives warriors a piece of equipment that is highly versatile and thus makes it a worthwhile piece. SUPPORT
To start this out, I war from time to time, so I'm no EB fairy. This is a good idea, but no support. Why? Well because this would be completely unfair to the other equip. This would basically let you change it to whatever you want, when the stats are already too good. If you wanna do this then why not do the same with Pinioned Boots, change up the %s, or with any other % equip. BUT, if you did want to implement this, make a fee associated with it. Make it cost some nobs, that way you're happy cause you change it, and so are the devs because they make some $$ on the deal. If not nobs, then make it an amount of gold. The gold would be determined the same way that the "15 nobs for gold" under the oracle is. (This is determined by the price of your next land). I would suggest that if this idea is to be implemented then: (the price of your next land) * 1.5%. Hope you didn't take that negatively, and just as some creative criticism
I appreciate the opinion but season eq is supposed to be special. Have u seen the latest eb promo eq lately? If any stats are unfair it would be the leaderboard eq of the last event. I have the lb eq from season 5 and its crap compared to the last event. And trust me the season is a lot more grind and tougher than hitting ebs. And to the point about the pinioned boots. That's an eb eq where u don't need to spend weeks without enough sleep just to get it. You can also still get the boots but that crown can never be obtained again
Personally I would say make the crown interchangeable with a fee with both gold and nobility options to swap with the nobility option being cheaper in comparison to the gold one. Make it so that it starts out fairly cheap to swap the stats and then up the price each swap. 1st swap: 10b / 5 nobs 2nd swap: 20b / 10 nobs 3rd swap: 40b / 20 nobs 4th swap: 80b / 40 nobs 5th swap: 160b / 80 nobs and so on... As you see it would be feasible to swap the stats from time to time but after a few swaps it will becomes highly expensive (giving the devs a chance for some profit )
I can agree with this but should just be default price of like 10bill or 5 nobs every time instead of an increase
Yes I agree, warring is much harder then pressing a button to hit an EB. I mean all you do is press a button and try to be tough when you war And if its not good then why do you have it equipped? But one fast question. If its "crap compared to the last event" then why even want to change the stats? Sorry if I don't understand, but basically, you're saying because the event equip is so much better you want to switch up the s5 ring? Switch the stats around while the event equip is still going to be better?
I think that would be really nice especially as it's war equipment but it's also very highly abusable to perhaps use my idea but also link it to how silences work on a tier system. After a set amount of time the level at which you are at drops by one so it allows people to swap cheaply from time to time but not excessively. Also noodehl it was just an example and by no means a final amount. A lower nob price would be more realistic.
I didn't say it was because of eb promo eq at first but u brought up it being unfair lol. Season eq should be special and should be worth it for the hard work
