Beware ! Do not be deceived by those that hide in the shadows! Advice given out there on the blood stained battle fields is often bad advice indeed. This is a little details of my peasants journey so far day 3 hurray ! First day I spent several hours reading countless forums and other sources for information on this game, and how it works before I did anything! Was a slow day..Many aspects covered varying from build types,the importance of maximum plunder allies and the amount required. I even went to learn about build mechanics and Fighting mechanics, covering defended too weak amongst other things,like the attributes certain type of buildings have pros and cons and the like. Lucky I did too! Several occasions I have been given "advice" "tips", from some very shady characters indeed..which I must say from all of research is in fact bad for my growth and progression through this game. I was even called a idiot on one occasion,(culprit on my wall) they stated my methods are idiotic and would not work. Complete poppycock I say. So this is a warning for all my fellow new players do NOT be deceived there are many who will trick you and manipulate you so you grow astonishingly slow!! There are Some that are genuine and will actually help you,(the other day someone did relieve me of a bad purchase I made so I thank that individual) But there are a lot who are already planning your destruction do not be fooled!! Like the peasant revolt we the poor,weak and downtrodden we should rise up in arms and say NO! Collectively they can not trick all of us and drag us all down ! The first moments are the craziest the mob scream "grow" you are disorientated confused,it's only a few minutes since i said hi on world chat and your phone is going crazy. Now what they normally mean is "make me some gold" . One person was convinced I should spend all my gold on buildings. Do NOT fall for this trick brothers. Slow and steady is the key ! Leave no rock unturned no page unread for information is key! I was one of the lucky ones who was reading the forums !( I searched google also found a number of informative pages/websites/chat groups etc) These tricksters didn't fool me! I bought allies ! Just as they themselves had bought me !( very lucrative business do NOT be told/convinced/persuaded otherwise) For kindness or out of love? No for the shiny stuff I line my pockets with GOLD glorious bountiful GOLD! Oh the gold flowed in like a gushing river breaking it's banks! Many were fighting these battles for pittance a action with their newly acquired shacks then waiting one hour, not me I couldn't buy these allies fast enough hahaha I was king of world! Have some style,panache and charisma ! I was by no means making the vast amounts that the advanced players make, but significantly more than anyone else in my class. 15billion in a few measly hours not too shabby for the new kid on the block! It is all relative my best building is only 3billion for the first level ! So I started this chat group for us the little guys to get together and pass on info of tricksters to avoid, and also tell each other how our own journey has been good or bad.
