Hey folks, There 2 fix to jellybeans os for andriod phones 1. Download a app killer 2. Switch off mobile data when not needed. Reason is the old kit kat os allow mobile data while assigning downloads to wifi only. The new jellybeans os you have to disable all data use not just updates to apps.
I have the newest os fir android, and an not even close to going over on my data. Last cycle i used less than 1gb.
It's called a wakelock. You can disable it permanently if you're rooted. Either way, I use 4-5Gb a month on KaW. Which I find weird, clash of clans barely uses 500mb a month and that has a higher graphic system.
I have a app killer and upgraded same day next billing cycle thay ran up 2 g plus each in 10 days no videos or other data hogs running but they updated enough apps automatically it ran there mobile up that high
App killers are the last things you should use. Android LMK (low memory killer) works just fine. App killers are just shutting down processes. Process that are going to be restarted right away hogging resources and draining more battery. If your concern is the data usage due automatic updates of your applications you can deactivate auto-updates from Google Play Store settings.
I don't actually. Play both equally. That's why I'm surprised that KaW consumes more mb than clash of clans.
Game graphics has no impact on your internet usage. Graphical elements are stored locally. What makes the difference between KaW and Clash of Clans is the private messages future. In Clash of Clans you get only game notifications. In KaW you get private messages aswell. In order to get pm notifications as close as possible to real time your KaW application must interogate KaW servers more often. Hence increased internet usage.
If you browse these forums consistently where gifs, pictures, and other large scale things could be it chews through your data
