I've enjoyed Season 5 so war, despite the fact it has only 4 wars a day and no evening times for Asians. Basically, if you have a good build and know how to WC properly, you're going to win far more often than you lose. However I see some players, perhaps noobs to the indi system, crapping their tights because they believe some players refuse to xstal and have tower-less EB fairy builds. I believe this can be fixed by simply making one more Wave of Conflict button. Ladies and grunts, let me introduce you to the WoC Gold button The WoC gold button looks like the other button but it is gold. However in order to cast it you must have one xstal, 14 Mith, and a build that is 25% towers or higher. If you don't meet these requirements you can't cast it. Once entering the WoC matchup you will be given a War xstal and the four war spells are automatically casted. The wars remain the same, except the winners of a WoC Gold war receive 5 tokens instead of the 3 the regulars do. I believe this is a good solution because 1) it allows the EB fairies to play in a system with a little lower stress level. 2) keeps undesirable, cheap builds at the door 3) encourages the EB fairies to convert to a build suitable for EE. People would take advantage of it by joining the scrub sign up and destroying if they know how to Wc and track.
I think devs have the capability of implementing this sort of thing We already had the pvp opt in spells and had entirely different battle lists customized for people who were opted in I'm sure we can get this ball rolling if they pay attention to player feedback on this
Support. Only thing I'm worried about is devs "not being able to implement" because that happens all too often.
This does help those that can meet the requirements. However, most don't meet the tower requirements, and they would be in the same situation we are in now. It may even be worse for those that can't meet the requirements because the "good players" will be casting the Gold WoC.
No support Indi wars are supposed to include everyone not just the builds that are 'best' for war. Might as well just go back to clan wars at this point
but youre not choosing your clan. This is simply a proposal of a solution to all the bitterness weve seen in forums over dead weight in s5.
It would include everyone. Regular WoC would still exist. It just wouldn't have the xstal/ build requirements.
I think another solution is ...if you want to cast WoC you MUST use an xtal and mith at sign up...for everyone. If everyone knows they HAVE to use an xtal and mith to cast...IE they HAVE to spend money to war, it would discourage inactives.
