BFA and BFE matters. Why else do people wait months on months for events and prime allies to become underpriced?
The main reason for my post is more for the lowest bracket in wars that hold noobs who wish to learn war but go inactive because most of the enemies BFA and BFE make them untouchable On the subject of inactive I think shattered swords should last all of s5
Uh actually you shouldn't war if you're just starting off. This game's mechanics makes it nigh-impossible to do that since you'll never win, ever.
In my opinion, this suggestion really only affects spy builds. Tanks with a small amount of spy, and decent bfe/bfa are able to eventually scout bomb, PS, PS1, and Hansel Tanks such as myself. This renders us useless. Currently, it is about clearing all spy threats in roster before it returns to true Tank wars. There is no ideal ratio of spy to tank builds in a roster, but this change would return some power to the spy builds.
