Season 5 War Times (GMT)

  1. As you know, KaW likes to announce it's events' timetables/dates/times in PDT - Pacific Daylight Time. However, as many of us are in the UK, not good old 'murica, we prefer to use GMT - Greenwich Mean Time. This is used more frequently than PDT, as on World time maps, it has (GMT 1:00) etc. Not (PDT 1:00) etc. So, for those of you who want to war in S5, but are in the UK and want a timetable for their times, this thread is for you.

    Current Timetable (PDT)




    GMT times


    ALERT: Due to DST add 1 hour to each GMT time
    PDT - GMT
    8am - 3pm
    1pm - 8pm
    7pm - 2am
    11pm - 6am

    As you can see, only the (PDT) 1pm and 11pm are possible. 8am is rush hour (Don't use your phone at the wheel, kids) and 7pm is after midnight...

  2. As it's summertime it's currently GMT 1 for BST so add one hour to each of your times for indi wars

  6. times suck for UK people - wars were never adjusted this year like previous years for clocks going forwards and back.

  8. Add 8hrs to PDT add 7hrs for PST to get GMT. What is simpler yet is see war schedule for ALL war times wherever anyone lives. No need for making things overly difficult.

    Also whats with the reference to Murica have to do with PDT n PST? Pacific Time

    Set various Global TZ's on your phone n save time.

  12. I feel you but at least you are better off than East Coast U.S.

    11AM, 4PM, 10PM, 2AM

    There is one timeslot that is viable per day for anyone with a 9-5 job (assuming you sleep).

  18. In Australia times are 1am, 6am, 12pm, and 4pm so not much availability. Yet there is a 9 hr gap with nothing, one at 8pm would fit right in the middle of that gap.

  19. I was commiserating. You're the one that made a thread crying about war times. Was just highlighting the fact that they suck for basically everyone not on Pacific time.
