KaW Ramblings

  1. If you tell me what you thought I'll give you 2.

  2. I actually question this a lot. I can make genuine friends I care about here, in days.

  3. I've made a lot of friends here, some who are very close.
And those people are just as much your friends as people you interact with everyday in real life.

  4. When I first played this game, the only thing that comes to my mind is of being the strongest. To do quests, to attack/scout/steal/assassinate players, to build my kingdom to the strongest.

But as I venture deep into this game, I eventually, like many players (including OP) have found that players in this game are actually one of us. As soon as I began developing relationships with my first few friends in this game I have learned that this is a game where your objective is to become the strongest kingdom in the world, but the social aspect is the most important factor for most players though its a side thing.

Friends in this game that I have made, have also impacted my life positively in a way and I would like to say that some of them, I can call it a second family!

Today, I still love this game for two reasons but I'll tell one- the social aspect of course!

Now that I am writing this post, I wished that my parents could understand my Kaw life in this game, just like all of you!

"Os-wer's are people! Epic Battle fairies are people! Bl-hitters are people! Sealers are people! Even players are people too, just like us!" :D

  5. Thats what I'm talking about. I understand why its easy to make connections on the game, but why are they so intense. Friends on here, due to the nature of your relationship, be as serious as your friends in real life, yet they often are.

  6. Spot on Frog. And I don't always tend to agree with you, but you said that perfect.
    And congrats on ASW5 btw

  7. That's another thing. Lots of people on here are a lot like each other since they play the same game. Also since this genre of game isn't a big one, you find lots of people with common interest which makes it easy to spark up conversations. Unlike many games, I think the forums play a HUGE part in the friendship thing. Personally when I see someone on world chat that I talked to earlier in forums it just amazes me. Seeing each other in multiple different parts of the game adds to the friendships as well. Instead of only being able to talk about one thing like "dude I had the coolest raid earlier" you can say things like "did you see that post moose had about when he started playing? That was hilarious!" All the different aspects of the game give you so much to talk about its really cool.

  8. No support, low effort post

  9. War = nub ️

  10. Some of the best friends I have I met here and I've never met them. That may be sad or great depending on how you looks at it. Luckily I've surrounded myself with people who are laid back like myself but play the game very differently than I do. That's the originality and fun that keeps me coming back. You can spend nothing or spend a lot and still enjoy Kaw. That's just my two cents

  11. bump for a friend ️

  12. I thought they were in the dark. They know damn well what they created.

  13. Wow interesting :)

  14. Wow I read this thread while listening to some deep instrumental music and I feel like op is a masterpiece. Like it perfectly captures how I feel about KaW
