moving the decimal point. Making numbers manageable again

  6. I like the idea but I don't think you can just move a decimal across. The devs will have to do math. And I'm not sure if they are very good at it :/

  7. Round everything up to the nearest hundredth and the delete the two zeros.

  8. I think we should move 3 or 4 decimal places and get rid of the first 1 or 2 tiers as they are practically skipped. Volleys get players straight to T3.
