Not sure if this has been presented before... Here goes nothing! Similar to Diablo equipment sets, it would be nice to actually get a bonus if one equips the full armor set from the same kind/family/edition/series (i.e. Scorpion/sand eb equipment). I know not all series have complete sets bu maybe it's a nice idea to have it completed. I can see the following benefits, please feel free to add: 1. It would be awesome to see the same looking equipment! It's kinda awkward to see a dragon warrior wearing hooves of destruction with a quetzal feather helm.. Seriously.. 2. This could re-ignite launching older eb's even with higher level people. Gives more chance to newbies to interact with seasoned veterans. Plus my searing sickle is also getting rusty in the storage. 3. It could emphasize a players build or complement it. Like an attack build wearing a set with spy bonus to balance the build and vice versa, or spy build with ninja set or something to be a really awesome spy! 4. It could balance the game but not without thinking about it more.. i.e. Having set bonus that would really overpower certain builds(i'm not 100% sure if it is still the case... But sometime ago everyone became hansels and only they could be successful warring).. I mean variety could be good.. It could be like water>fire>earth>wind>lightning>water and light vs dark kinda thing. 5. This could make the ally/hiring system interesting.. Suppose a certain percentage or degree of the set bonus could be inherited by the owner.. If coupled with a way to maybe dictate your hire cost depending on the bonus gold/hire pay you want to get, this would make hiring more available to everyone and it would definitely promote some pvp action!! There's nothing stopping Ya from looking cool now All it would do is encourage more money being spent post events to complete your set only to have it out dated next event I'd prefer RandD to focus on mechanics And if equip related update is really important, Then I'd rather see the inclusion of Three, one touch equip changes, like a wardrobe. War suit EB suit Clan Rp suit (if yer into that stuff) Also, why is every suggestion just a rip off of another game? And not an original thought? It's like Devs are making suggestions to themselves.
I don't fully understand why you should be awarded extra on basis of having a "complete set" bfe available is already massive. However I do feel that the eb equip needs to be addressed as the equip eb gives is inferior to that of the modern events. And the event are practically b2b these days soon the eb equip will be completely pointless as it is already almost at that point.
I would prefer to see the equip give a plunder bonus for a full set, set for eb & set for pvp. Would give the game a new interesting twist
