This idea has merrit. 10% is debatable, however i suggest making the tax % slide up as the bfa increases as a partial balancing mechanic. Charge tax weekly. Need to display tax amt on ally page so ppl can make sure they earn/save enough gold to pay taxes. If you dont have enough, you are forced to surrender enough bronze bars to fund tax. If this isnt enough, you surrender your ally (at current crap sell rates) starting from the cheapest ally and working up until you can pay ur taxes. I can see pvp actions increasing to force ppl into tax debt. Ally prices will have a glass ceiling, but those that want to pay can etc. Lots of potential depth ti gameplay. Support exploring this devs.
...and maybe it could be called an Ally tribute? Perhaps a Mercenary support tribute? Doesnt have to be labelled a tax.
Many tap taps use it. And surprise. They are still profitable. But good thing we all have opinions. Also the % is just for conversation. For someone that complains about a "dead" game you sure are resistant to facilitate any sort of positive change based on this an almost every response to others ideas I have read from you lately. Sorry if you have lost your love of the game. But myself and a great many others are still here and have not.
Really ? People have only been telling the devs what needs to be changed in the war system since season 2 and what have they done ? Indi, primal and round wars...which has made the war system a million times worse lol. If decs havent listended for what 2 years plus whats to be positive about when they have repeatedley proven they dont care to listen lol Ps... Im pretty sure after reading my response you realized how stupid taking 10% of players accrued assets of 5 years as a tax ...for no other reason than to take gold out of the game sounds thats why you said the % is just for conversation. Tuck that garbage away with 25% tax for bronze bars and pots and dropping allies tax. So dumb people have tolerated that nonsense for so long and now you want to just take 10% away for keeping ally charge? Come on whos putting up with that?

If they cannot afford to pay the tax they shouldn't have the allies it's that simple in my eyes. I will not sit idly by and allow these tyrants on top get away with not paying tax and having this ridiculous Bf'a times are changing ! We can change it now ! If we band together we can change it all
Whats funny is 5 years into a dying app you want to change the game and tax people for having allies? How about you tax non ally holders 10% of their buildings as well since you pay taxes on your house right? Not to mention...how would you even dare coming in here with this idea after 5 years? People would have played differently especially the last few months with the abyss out they woyld have let allies sell and upgraded more knowing an idiot tax was coming from the devs. I dont know why every idea that is brought up and pushed and tested on us by the mods has to be at taking away from what players have spent years gaining. This isnt a free app these people paid for the gold and allies they own ...its just stupid to continuously attack players while your app slowly dies.
Nah i have talked about this for awhile. percentage completely arbitrary and has nothing to do with your response. just something I've talked to people about regarding a free market and combating inflation. And it need not come from the players holding allies. much the way your own value will drop over time if you have no owner, I think ally values should drop if they are inactive
Do you have over 1200t to spare? I'm saying you would have to take a goooood % of bfa to even get through on a hit
Yes this is why BFA needs to be capped instantly no one should be untouchable due to Bf'a it is ludicrous. Many people are abusing the Bf'a being uncapped time for change and time to wake up
@Op Games are meant to be played with advantages to the players that know the mechanics well. On my other account during pwar era it was a GH with trillions in allies, this was how you played to win. Gold came in easily and others did the same. BFA has been the back bone of PVP, it provided all the advantages you need. Saying to get rid of BFA is like asking to remove towers.
You do know you can buy more ally slots? Also, with increase building base stats, if there is any value in this post, ATA should raise the BFA conversion to raw stats from 2% to say 5% to offset the increase in base stat differential. As an added suggestion we, the players, have made the suggestion to lower the hit range % over the years to restrict dtw/dts range - thus preventing massively larger players from "hitting down" on smaller builds. This would have also solved the GH/SH exploit years ago. But the overall hit range issue still exists today. It's a simple fix, but KAW developers I'm told didn't want to play around with the original base code written into KAW. For gaming coders, a simple "Search and Replace" function could identify the dtw/dts formulas built into the base code to lower the hit range %. However, after 4 years of suggesting this, it's unlikely to change.
Terrible suggestion lol - So if I am to understand you correctly, you want to "Tax" spenders/nobers who fund a free game by charging them for money/time invested in KAW It's a free market, if someone wants an ally more than someone else just buy buy buy. In regards to taking Gold from the game..... It's my understanding WDGAF, APOC and YAFI are doing a pretty good job at reducing gold in KAW
