Re: Clan Application Bypass Job Title I think I'd prefer auto re-admin when entering clan. Owner can't be online 24/7. No support for your titles and jobs list. If admin can't do their jobs or aren't around owner needs to look at who they have as admin and cover all timezones more effectively.
Good intent, OP. However, the teamwork KaWers around the world to manage clans 24/7 is a fundamental part of social interaction. I think this makes it too easy and encourages inactive/lazy/passive ownership, and reduces the teamwork required for a clan to be successful.
I support anything that has something to do with overhauling the clan system. It has been the same crap since the beginning of clans.
There would still be a lot of effort that goes into it. It would make sense to me if this idea was implemented. Real life gets in the way often and prevents accepting, admining, and titling of players (as well as many other things). One of your arguments may be that a solution is admins. This is not always effective, as a clan leader may not completely trust his members yet.
It won't necessarily take from the teamwork, it all depends on the clan leader. The leader is the only one who has the ability to adjust the auto accept/decline roster, removing much of the risk. This does not ruin the teamwork, I only refer to the roster. I am not proposing any EB queues, or auto unloaders for troops. The clan members still will have to coordinate, and do their parts. The only thing this will do is lessen the load on admins. Think of the new admins who let a player in who has been banned prior to admin entry. With a roster like that, it will bypass that request so a mistake is not made. Players not on the list have to apply still though. Thank you for your support.
Re: Clan Application Bypass Job Title I think that was the point of the thread. Thank you for simplifying it.
Admins typically are the ones who shouldn't be leaving often. So really this shouldn't be an issue. I mean, i dont give admin to people that come and go all the time and honestly, neither should anyone else
