War Types:
Classic: 10 minute KO
Advantage: 7 minute KO but can stay koed for 10 minutes before being forced up.
You forgot about the random ko ruleset in which you are forced out of ko randomly 5-10mins after you go down.
In advantage you are down for 7mins minimum with a 6min window (7-13mins)

For a Hansel build, ALWAYS drain troops first unless its advantage war type and the WC tells you to lead with spies or go for control.
For the most part you lead spies on CLASSIC as it is all about control, & lead troops on ADVANTAGE since it is mostly about plunder & getting rid of your troops so enemy cannot plunder them (I usually have hansels lead troops then ass for plunder & control).

In advantage war, ALWAYS lead with spies for control first and then plundering their last remaining ups and reups after KO unless instructed otherwise by WC.
Usually hansels dump troops first on advantage (if there is a plunderable target) as advantage is more about plunder & getting rid of your troops so enemy cannot plunder them (I usually have hansels lead troops then ass for plunder & control).

Red = the enemy specified is low percentage (20%-3%) ex. red 7 / cr7 red
Red refers to the color the enemy's name shows up when they KO one of your teammates. Red = an enemy who KO'd one of your teammates.

Skim = to hit 10% spies/troops on every member available
Skimming is keeping your troops or spies high & dropping one-two attacks or spy actions on an enemy as you regen.
Skimming is usually done by tanks coordinating focused actions on a single target while still remaining high troops so they can absorb enemy inc/cause them to fail as well as to achieve maximum plunder per hit (because attack/tank build's plunder per hit decreases as their army gets lower).

Sko = self-knockout (0troops/spies by attacking/scouting)
SKO is mostly accomplished through attacking & stealing without pots as it kills your troops/spies the fastest. When coming out of pin (unless instructed otherwise) I usually lead full pot attack then full pot ass on a high plunder target I know is weak but the best actions to use when SKOing depends on your speed & how many people who know are going to be spamming you.
