Hey just thought of something they can add instead of the invisible woc, in clash of clans you can preview your roster before searching for a war, perhaps on the sign up page admins/owner can see a list of who has opted in for war and remove anyone who casts past the limit? Just something I think would be useful and can help prevent targetting
I'm not sure about this...I've seen the opposite. There was a particular thread where a particular new clan's success was applauded. What elite clan would target a new warring clan? They really don't get anything for winning against such a roster since the opponents prestige would be low and the members would be less likely to cast much mith. Im not saying the ee community doesn't have idiots...every group does, but I think as a whole the belief is "the more the merrier."
Support thoNone will support and bring back old ee. Most top tier war clans target cast for easy matchups now. Decreasing the upcoming of new war clans. However woc is open during war as visible to prevent hires mid war?? Else open ally market (which i suppprt up in till woc is cast and system wars ) will take warrers allys mid war ruining matchups
Idk if you understand what's happening. Clans are looking at casted rosters , aiming for one , and then adding another 70-80 mil cs to their roster hoping to match the lesser roster , I get why they do , and it's not a guaranteed win however I personally find it cheap
@Spilatch, why not just have your roster ready and set, but just wait until a few minutes before and then go cast?
Good point, I'll brainstorm more on this subject, I'm sure there's a logical solution that can prevent ally hires and stacked rosters.
People have been trying to figure out how to beat stacked rosters over two years.. Generally the answer is, stack better There are some cases where good wc's like op without stacked rosters can beat them, but not easily or often done
Credit where credit is due. I dont need more than edge refresher wars nowadays. Iwars do the job fine
I actually agree with Spilatch, ppl have always tried to match easy wins, its a mith farm and boosts prestige, and to think it doesnt happen coz your chosen ee clan may not do it, is simply putting your head in the sand. I have always thought W.o.C should be visible to your own clan, but that being said each clan also can employ moles to fix matches too, so while i agree 100% its also no guaranteed fix, those that exploit or have less moral fibre than you always do anything to win, there is no rules in war except those you personally wish to conduct yourself by, and doest mean others have same ideals as you.
I disagree with the above post. If it was the easy win, the teams who do it wouldn't be putting in the extra work. As Devs have previously stated, pre-game rostering is THE STRATEGY. Do you not remember devs saying to "watch enemy rosters, and make your team based off of those"? What's really going on is spilatch is mad because he is losing but doesn't want to put in the work that the teams that are beating him put in. Who really wants the easy win here?
You couldnt be more wrong, a new formed clan tho may have similar builds clan % is low which makes a large difference in tanking or successful actions, then there is the part of team work, a newish clan doesnt have the team work that a established clan does, so these are the things that W.o.C watchers look for, tho not in every case, for example I have seen Sylver try to match the hardest toughest clan possible coz she hates easy wins. And sylver loses a lot of wars that way, but despite what many think Sylver enjoys the tougher fight. Tho i drift off target, i merely wanted to state my first and second point and went somewhere else. )
Oh I see...and you notice this happening often? If this is something you are encountering a lot, just cast a low cs alt till right before war and switch it out for a big at the last second? Just like that, their "easy war" becomes a bit less easy.
Nothig like hearing someone's opinion who has no idea of what they're talking about But that's pretty consistent in your posts, rarely coherent, barely on topic , yet you feel the need to constantly give your opinion as if anyone cares about your opinion When's the last time you even warred ? I'm curious
Whether we win or whether we lose is not the point. The point is trying to make this a better more balanced system (unsuccessfully). that's always been my goal. If I'm screaming about sh stacking , matchup imbalance , whatever. It's not about me it's about making the game better.
