Elite Equipment

Some time ago, when the highest EB was The Gilded Lord or A Cold Calling, the equips dropped from those EBs were very wanted. A ton of clans were running very organized just to do these EBs back to back. Having a good strategy and a high activity was the only way to complete these EBs.

In the current KaW, these EBs are only played for the clan bonus, no one has real interest in these equip, which is nothing strange since the stats are not that good, better equip is easier to obtain and enchanting these equip is very expensive. Also most of these equip drop to lvl 0 when they fail while enchanting. These EBs which were once great fun are now annoying, it takes a lot of effort and the payouts are way lower then the current higher EBs, some even payout less then lower EBs.

So i was thinking of a way to improve this, increase the plunder and makes those EBs attractive again for F2P players like it used to be. Players who won't be accepted in most clans because of their low CS.

Would it be nice to give that old equip some value? I came with the idea to introduce the Elite Equipment.


Hawthorn's Chestplate (Tier 6)
Wings of Moutos (Tier 7)
Arkosa's Blade (Tier 8)


Here is how you obtain it;

Equips dropped from Tier 6-8 EBs obtain a Salvage option. You can salvage your lvl 0 till 10 equipment for materials. Materials to craft the Elite Equipment. Every tier has one piece of Equipment which requires several materials, you can get the most materials by salvaging your equip. The higher the level of your equip, the more materials you get. Also you can get materials as reward in these EBs. Almost the same way as you upgrade your banners. Only now you can salvage equipment for materials.

Once you have crafted these equipment. You can enchant it with aqua/ inferno and above lvl 5 you will need some mithril. Not much tho, just a small amount so players need to war at least a few times to get it. Like level 10 would cost you 20 Mith, level 5 5 Mith.

The stats of these equipment would be better then the stats of tier 10 Equipment or Equipment received from scrolls. (SS and TS)
You can have 2 options, make your equipment based on spy stats or on attack stats. Like we had the choice during the Swarm Event. It would make it more attractive to more players.

Final bonus, you will get a 50% plunder bonus on all those EBs on that tier of the equipment. It will be a reward of your hard work and it would still make these EBs worth playing.

This is my idea so far, i would like to ask the community what they think of this. Many of you have those equips but never use them. If you do support it, thanks !
