Updated @ 9:37AM Players should once again be able to connect to the game regardless of network or location. Please let us know if you continue to experience difficulty connecting. We are aware of an issue with players on specific mobile networks in Canada being unable to connect to our games. Until this issue is resolved those affected can still play by connecting to a Wi-Fi network. Thank you for your understanding and we will update you as soon as we know more.

Re: [Known Issue] Mobile Network Connection Issue The problem is with the new update. Ever since I got the new version the game has slowed down to a crawl. Logging in to the game takes ages, and then loading EB, clan roster, player profiles and everything else has gotten pretty laggy and slow. WiFi or Data network, the issue is rampant all across the board.

It seems that there is an issue with a node between certain users and our data centers. We're reaching out to certain ISP's now, but this is ultimately something beyond our control to fix. We'll let you know more as soon as we hear back.
